What’s New and Exciting for our 2024 Gardens – with Brian Minter

A look at new plants, which are pollinator and wildlife-friendly, climate-tolerant, and great for people and the planet!

On Monday, January 15, Brian Minter will be the guest speaker at the CV Horticultural Society Zoom meeting. Brian will talk about what’s new for our gardens in 2024.

Brian’s gardening knowledge comes from decades of hands-on experience. He ran the Minter Country Gardens with his wife in Chilliwack, BC. Brian continually researches the latest industry developments and consults with local and international gardeners.

Brian has a BA from UBC and is a Master Gardener. He was inducted into the Garden Writers Association’s Hall of Fame and is a regular columnist for the Vancouver Sun Newspaper and an open line host for CBC Radio.

This will be a Zoom meeting only:

1. All ZOOM meetings will begin at 7:00 pm.
2. All IN-PERSON meetings: doors will open at 6:30 pm, meetings start at 7:15 pm.
3. In-person meetings (presentation only) may also be accessible by ZOOM from your home.

HOW TO ATTEND:

All current CVHS members will receive a Zoom invitation prior to this meeting.
