CVHS Second Annual SUMMER SOCIAL – A Family Event

Our Summer Social, dubbed “The Power of Purple”, in recognition of the Canadian Year of the Garden 2023, is happening at the Gardens on Anderton on Saturday, August 19 from 12:30 to 4:00 pm. This is a “come-as-you-are”, “rain-or-shine”, “open” event – which means it is going ahead regardless of the weather, and if you have visiting family or friends bring them along at no charge. We are also inviting the public to join us, to see what the CVHS is all about. Drop in any time between 12:30 and 4:00 pm and enjoy some socializing with the CVHS!

We have a great line up of fun and interesting activities for the whole family, including:

• MARS Ambassador Owl
• Bonsai display
• Flower arranging demonstration
• The Duchess of Dirt talking and demonstrating “all things gardening”
• Master Gardeners to answer all your gardening questions
• And much more…

The Gardens on Anderton are located behind the Anderton Nursery on Anderton Road in Comox. Drive through the Nursery parking lot to the back field. Limited parking, so please share a ride, or come by bike if you can.
