- Time: One session: 10:00 AM -12:00 PM (noon)

Samantha has studied and worked in the horticulture field for over 20 years and is the owner of Fern and Fawn Landscapes. Her work focuses on garden health and restoration and uses ecologically based methods to create beautiful spaces for people and wildlife to enjoy.
Learn how to convert a grassed lawn into a wildlife-friendly and drought-tolerant natural area that looks beautiful year after year without the use of chemicals or excessive watering.
Participants will work as a group to prepare the site and set the foundation for a thriving native plant meadow. Discussion will be centred around the best seeds and plant plugs to use in our area for a successful restoration.
