Summer Pruning Workshop – with Read Guthrie

Second session: 1:00 pm – 3:00 PM Some spaces still available
Participants: 15 registrants
Cost: $25 members or $35 non-member guests
Join us for a hands-on summer pruning workshop focused on mature, large fruit trees. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn proper pruning techniques that improve tree health, shape, and fruit production.
This session will be led by certified arborist Read Guthrie, who will guide participants through practical, real-world pruning demonstrations.
What to Bring:
Participants will be encouraged to bring their own sharp pruning tools (secateurs, loppers, etc.) so they can practise proper cuts during the session.
Accessibility
A washroom will be available on site; however, please note that it is not wheelchair accessible.
