Leslie Hauser moved to the Comox Valley from Alberta in 2006 and has truly come to appreciate the milder climate. Her garden is always a work in progress—what she plans and envisions rarely turns out exactly as expected throughout the season. For that reason, each year becomes an opportunity for new ideas and fresh possibilities, which is part of what she enjoys most about gardening.
Joining the CV Horticultural Society a couple of years ago, Leslie was drawn in by the excellent speakers and the wealth of knowledge shared at each meeting. She looks forward to continuing to learn, connecting with this wonderful community, and contributing to the Board in any way she can.
