I have been enchanted by gardens and natural spaces since I was a child. The excitement of watching and nurturing plants as they nudge out of the soil, producing something beautiful and/or useful, never gets old. As a graduate of the first Master Gardener program in Calgary, I have volunteered with various horticultural organizations over the past 25 years.
I feel so fortunate to live in the Comox Valley, where there is a stunning array of plants that can survive and thrive. Additionally, the gardening community here is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, giving us the opportunity to grow, connect, and continually learn.
