We have online memberships with credit cards and have kept the membership form which can be mailed or brought to a meeting. The membership fees are a little higher with the credit card process to cover our costs. Please see below for details. Memberships are for the 2019 calendar year.
HOW TO: Signup with your Credit Card (using our secure off site link)
For your convenience we have added the ability to complete your membership with a credit card over the internet. Membership cards can be picked up at the February meeting or later meetings or you can have your membership card mailed to you. We only receive your payment, we do not receive your credit card information.
- Single: $20.91 per calendar year per person.
- Family: $31.21 per calendar year per household (maximum two persons at the same address, please include BOTH names).
- Single mailed to you: $21.91, includes cost of mailing.
- Family mailed to you: $32.21, includes cost of mailing.
Click on Credit Card Payment to go to a secure page for processing your membership. Please fill out all fields of the form and give us a note of what you think of this payment option. If you need to, you can come back to this page for these steps on completing your membership. If you have done internet orders before you will find the process similar.
- Click on Credit Card Payment and you will go a new secure page.
- Click on the type of membership, single or family, mailed or picked up, that you would like.
- Click on add to cart. You can review your order here and delete items from your cart if needed.
- Click on Check out.
- Please fill out all the fields in the form and add your credit card information and give us some feedback in the note field.
- Click on Place Order. You will receive a confirmation email.

- Single: $20 per calendar year per person.
- Family: $30 per calendar year per household (maximum two persons at same address, please include BOTH names)
The membership form can be downloaded and printed here CVHS Membership Form . Once you have completed the form, you have two ways of getting your membership card.
- You can drop your completed form and cheque in the mail (our address is on the Membership form). If mailed in January you can pick up your membership card at our February meeting.
- You can bring your completed form and cheque/cash to our January meeting and place it in the drop box at the Membership table. Your membership card will be ready for you at the February meeting.
